Spa Day For The Soul

What Is A Spa day For The Soul?

A Spa-Day For The Soul is a 6-week program that puts you back on your to-do list. We will work together to explore what is holding you back from taking better care of yourself. You will be supported to look at ways to rediscover the fun, freedom, and sparkle within.

During this 6 week package, I will work with you to help you gain clarity on what excites and inspires you. Each session is tailored to you personally. I will work with you at a pace that suits you on the issues that are particular to your unique life situation. I will give you my undivided attention so that you feel heard and supported during each session.

In addition to this, you will get access to my 14-Day Refresh e-course. This popular e-course comprises of 14 supportive, nourishing emails.

Each one includes an activity, worksheet or self-reflection exercise to help you explore how you can make time for yourself and have more energy to do what you were made to do. The course is self-paced which means you can take your time to complete each loving and encouraging exercise when it suits you.

Why Did I Create This Coaching Package?

I created this coaching package because I want you to feel calm and clear rather than overwhelmed and stressed. It is important that you are able to make time for yourself. I want you to really know what light you up and inspires you. Self-care is essential an essential for our well-being and happiness but we as women, often neglect our own needs in

Self-care is essential an essential for our well-being and happiness but we as women, often neglect our own needs in favour of getting things done and supporting others.

The truth is “You cannot pour from an empty cup”. You do not have to be superhuman. I want you to know that you are enough, you always have been and always will be.

Say Yes To Self-Care

Overall, I’m enjoying the [14-Day Refresh] course, taking the time to think more about myself with the structure on what to think about/why is useful, especially since I’m run ragged between work /school etc!!
