Before we start working together…
First of all, I will send you a pre-work questionnaire. This is so that I can find out more about you and what you hope to gain from our work. I also offer a 30-minute call so we can talk a little bit about our potential work together. Both are free and offered without obligation to book a paid appointment.
Most of my client’s book sessions either weekly or bi-weekly so that I am able to keep up to date on what is happening in their work. I find that clients who book appointments less frequently spend a large amount of their appointment updating me on what has happened since our last session rather than coaching work.
If you need to cancel an appointment…
I would ask that you let me know at least 24 hours before. In extreme cases, I may need to bill you for a session if I do not have 24 hours notice. If I am unable to make a session I endeavour to give you the same courtesy.
Payments need to be made in advance of each coaching session. A PayPal invoice will be sent out to you via email once you book your session time in my calendar. If you have any queries or issues with payments, please let me know.
As your coach, I agree to keep everything we talk about confidential, including the fact you are my client. There are exceptions to this which are as follows:
- If I am required by law to disclose that you are my client and the content of our sessions.
- Should you tell me you plan to harm yourself or another person, I will break our confidentiality and report this to the appropriate services without informing you.
- If you tell me you have previously physically abused someone, I will break confidentiality and report this to the appropriate agency.
When you wish to end our coaching agreement…
you are free to do so at any time. I recommend that my clients let me know around 2/3 sessions before so that we can tailor our last few appointments to accommodate this.
I look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to ask questions about any aspect of our coaching agreement if you are unsure. You may also find it helpful to read my FAQ’s
